The first part of the headline is ok but the second part is little bit offensive. No need to mention which cities of other countries are well within the reach of the missile - Agni III. We should show the positive attitude, otherwise it will create arms race in the region.

No problem with the headline at all. First Pakistan and now China, both the countries are now on target of Indian missiles and that is enough for them to keep their voice low against India. Congratulations to DRDO scientists for the achievements.
